First name, last name, email address, and mobile number.
Billing Information
Home address (when making a payment). Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Uploaded Documents
Documents you upload for analysis by our tools (e.g. contracts, credit reports).
Technical Information
Device and browser information, referrer URLs, and IP addresses collected automatically when you use our services.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Provide and deliver our tools and services to you
- Communicate with you about your account and our services
- Improve and develop our tools and user experience
- Send marketing communications (only with your consent)
- Qualify leads and understand how our tools are being used
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Document Retention
How long we retain your uploaded documents depends on your subscription tier:
Free Users
Documents are deleted after analysis, within 24 hours.
Basic ($4.99/mo)
Up to 200 MB retained, including analysis results.
Premium ($9.99/mo)
Up to 1,000 MB retained, including analysis results.
If your paid subscription lapses, you will receive reminder emails during a 30-day grace period. After 30 days without reactivation, your stored documents and analysis results will be permanently deleted.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. Our cookie retention period is up to 365 days. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a payment, your card details are sent directly to Stripe and are subject to their privacy policy. We do not store your card details.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
7. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, specifically the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 12, APP 13), you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate personal information
