1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service provided by Legal Practice Holdings Group Pty Ltd (ABN 12 615 900 788), trading as LPH Digital Tools ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Our Services
We provide a range of AI-powered business tools and services. These fall into distinct tiers with different levels of responsibility:
AI Analysis Tools
Our AI-powered tools provide informational output only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should not rely on tool output as a substitute for professional advice.
AI Rewrite Service
Our AI document rewriting service generates AI-produced content. This is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before reliance.
Human Lawyer Review
Where a human lawyer review is offered, this does constitute legal advice and requires a separate engagement letter between you and the reviewing lawyer.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
All prices are in AUD and are inclusive of GST at the rate of 10% where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Storage Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No refund is provided for the current billing period upon cancellation.
- If a subscription lapses, a 30-day grace period applies before stored data is deleted.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to our services. We retain ownership of our tools, platform, software, branding, and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property rights from one party to the other, except the limited licence to use our services while your account is active.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
7. Disclaimers
Our AI tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated output may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a sole basis for important decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Tax
All prices displayed on our platform include GST at 10% where applicable. Tax invoices are available from your account dashboard.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
