Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods
Our services are digital goods. As a general rule, digital goods are non-refundable once the service has been delivered (i.e. once an analysis has been performed or a document has been generated).
2. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:
Tool Failure
If a tool failed to produce any output due to a technical error on our end.
Payment Error
If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error.
Duplicate Charge
If you were charged more than once for the same service.
3. Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- No refund is provided for the remainder of the current billing period.
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- After your subscription expires, a 30-day grace period applies before stored documents are deleted.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@lphg.au with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your account email address and a description of the issue.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days of approval.
Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method.
5. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
