How long does setup take?

A standard agent setup takes 5-7 business days from when we receive your knowledge base materials. This includes training, testing, and refinement. Premium agents with integrations may take 10-14 business days.

What happens when the AI can't answer a question?

The agent is configured to recognise when it cannot confidently answer a question. In these cases, it gracefully escalates to a human agent via email notification, live chat handoff, or by collecting the customer's contact details for a callback.

Can I update the knowledge base myself?

Standard plans include monthly knowledge base updates handled by our team. Premium plans include a self-service dashboard where you can upload new documents, edit responses, and see the changes reflected within minutes.

Will it slow down my website?

No. The chat widget script loads asynchronously and defers until after your page has fully loaded. It adds less than 50KB to your page and has zero impact on your Core Web Vitals or page load speed.

Is there a minimum contract period?

We recommend a minimum 3-month commitment to allow time for the agent to learn from real conversations and for you to see measurable results. After that, plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.

Can the agent handle bookings and payments?

Yes, with the Premium plan. The agent can check calendar availability and guide customers through booking via Calendly or Cal.com. Payment collection is handled by directing customers to your existing payment page or Stripe checkout link.
